Leadership Committee members Charly and Lisa Kleissner's KL Felicitas Foundation uses its endowment investments to support the same goals of their foundation. More than 30 percent of their foundation's $10-million endowment is held in investments that are designed to produce both financial returns and social or environmental benefits.
